The "what" of team building is always the same: bringing colleagues together with the goal that they work better in concert.
Back
The Team:

It's the "how" that is always a challenge."

What kind of activity will engage people of various backgrounds, interests, and capabilities while, at the same time, helping them to unite as a team? (Without draining the HR training budget.)

Corporate Team building programs at Lakeside Pottery in Stamford CT, designed jointly with The Executive Resource Center in New York, achieve goals that we find our clients seek and that our medium can provide. A team of up to ten people, working together in this new environment with unfamiliar kinds of challenges against which they can deploy their natural abilities can be expected to achieve at least six key goals.

  1. Break down barriers
  2. Enhance communication
  3. Develop group problem solving
  4. Overcome obstacles
  5. Address the process issues of working together
  6. Gain dimension on colleagues' personalities

All this may sound like 'work,' but at the same time, they are having a great time learning a new skill, getting to know each other and getting their hands "dirty" literally.

The studio setting in Stamford, Connecticut, with experienced and highly qualified instructors, assures a successful program. Click here for more details
