I finally made time and created a unique collection of ceramic
art that will be shown at the Our World Gallery in North Stamford.
Louise Meiere Dunn, the studio owner, and I discussed this possibility for
the past couple of years but with my teaching schedule, I just could not
find enough time. With encouragement from Patty Storms, I made the time and
am exhibiting a large collection of work -- examples can be seen through
the link on right. Please come join us at the opening reception (with
music, food and interesting people) where two other artists will exhibit
their work as well.
Registration for our next 8-week programs has started.
Programs offered are for adults and children, for beginners and advanced
students using the potter's wheel, sculpturing & glazing. To

Lakeside Pottery offers a variety of programs for adults and

Our Pottery Summer Camp Programs are designed to expose
children to a professional pottery studio where they use the wheel,
handbuilding / sculpturing, glazing and other pottery making methods.
Several creative and fun projects will be taught by our accomplished
artist / teachers. No prior ceramics experience is required. One-to-one
attention will be given to each student. Sessions begin June 26, 2006.
