Workshop details: In this hands-on workshop, the concentration will be on learning how to increase one's ability to throw bigger pots and then how to transform the large pots into a work of art. Techniques taught will include: Centering large amounts of clay, maximizing pot's size using advanced throwing methods, surface texture (chatter and slip) and altered forms. This class is hand-on with a lot of one-to-one attention to insure that each individual reaches her/his full potential.

Skill Level: Advanced pottery throwing capabilities are required
