Ceramic and Pottery Restoration Technician (Stamford, CT)
Lakeside Pottery, is looking for a ceramic restoration technician. The technician may be a beginner (training will provided) or an experienced person.
Job Opportunity Requirements: 1) Previous restoration experience 2) Ceramic history and knowledge of antique ceramics is preferred

4) Able to work 10 -15 hours a week

2013 Pottery Teachers / Instructor Assistant - Summer Camp (Stamford, CT)
Lakeside Pottery, a ceramic school and studio in Stamford is looking for pottery teachers assistant for our 2011 summer camp programs (potters wheel and handbuilding).

1) Previous pottery teaching experience (wheel and handbuilding)

Pottery Teachers - Part Time, a few hours a week (Stamford, CT)
Lakeside Pottery, a ceramic school and studio in Stamford is looking for pottery teachers that are experienced and able to teach beginners and advanced students (potters wheel and handbuilding). Teacher will be able to use the studio for their own work but will pay firing fees.
Opportunity Requirements:

4) Minimum of 12 months commitment
5) Serious candidate is required to take our 8-week pottery program first at no charge to learn how the studio works and experience first hand our teaching methodology Candidate also must "seat in" and assist in one of our children 8-weeks programs without pay.
6) Require to have an impressive portfolio and be an active potter / ceramic artist.
7) Serious candidates will require several hours training (learn our teaching curriculum, glazes, procedures / processes, etc.) with no pay.
Intern (Stamford, CT)
Lakeside Pottery, a ceramic school and studio in Stamford is looking for an Intern to help maintain the studio and assist in teaching. The Intern will be able to use the studio for their own work but will pay firing fees.
Opportunity Requirements:
1) Pottery and ceramic art background
2) Local resident (CT / NYC) living within commuting distance
3) Minimum of 12 months commitment
5) Must "grow within". Meaning, candidate is required to take our 8-week pottery program first (if hired, 1/3 refund will be given) to learn how the studio works and experience first hand our teaching methodology Candidate also must "seat in" and assist in one of our children 8-weeks programs without pay.
